Visiting Process
Must call in for Schedule Visit.
Guidelines:

VISITORS MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION

VISITORS CAN PROVIDE PROOF OF PCR TEST RESULT OR ANTIGEN TEST RESULT
IF PCR TEST RESULT IS PROVIDED – IT IS ONLY VALID FOR 48 HOURS
IF AN ANTIGEN (RAPID) TEST RESULT IS PROVIDED- IT IS ONLY VALID FOR 24 HOURS

VISITATION WILL CONTINUE REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS AS LONG AS PROOF OF NEGATIVE RESULT OF PCR OR RAPID TEST IS PROVIDED.

IN-ROOM VISITATION WILL BE ACCOMMODATED AS LONG AS THERE IS NO OTHER RESIDENT IN THE ROOM.
IF THE RESIDENT HAS NEIGHBORS, THE NEIGHBOR MUST BE SEPARATED TO CONDUCT THE IN-ROOM VISITS
THEREFORE, APPOINTMENTS MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO VISITATION TO GIVE TIME TO INFORM OTHER RESIDENTS REGARDING THE SITUATION.

VISITORS MUST FOLLOW EACH COHORTS PROTOCOL (GREEN, YELLOW, RED ZONE PROTOCOLS) PROPER PPE WILL BE PROVIDED FOR VISITORS AND RESIDENTS.

IF BOTH RESIDENTS AND VISITORS ARE BOTH FULLY VACCINATED PHYSICAL TOUCH IS ALLOWED
RESTRICTIONS: VISITORS MUST REMAIN 6 FT DISTANCING TO OTHER RESIDENTS AND STAFFS

IF A VISITOR IS VISITING FOR MULTIPLE CONSECUTIVE DAYS, A NEGATIVE TEST RESULT (PCR TEST/RAPID TEST) WILL ONLY BE REQUIRED EVERY THIRD DAY.
EXAMPLE: (DAY 1, DAY 4, DAY 7…)
DAY 1 – NEEDS PROOF OF NEGATIVE TEST
4TH DAY- NEEDS ANOTHER PROOF OF NEGATIVE TEST RESULT (PCR OR RAPID)

FACILITY MAY CONDUCT ONSITE TESTING FOR VISITORS BUT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO DO SO

THE FOLLOWING VISITORS ARE EXEMPT FROM THE VACCINATION AND TESTING REQUIREMENTS OF THIS ORDER:
VISITORS WHO ARE VISITING A PATIENT IN CRITICAL CONDITION, WHEN DEATH MAY BE IMMINENT IN EMERGENT SITUATIONS
